Little Finches yoga is a unique yoga experience in Mornington that encourages you to discover how you feel in the movement.

What differentiates Little Finches yoga is its approach to creating yoga sequencing that will be gentle – a balance between effort and ease – where you can go at a pace that allows you to delve deeper into your own experience of yoga.

Our goal is for our classes to be an opportunity to nurture yourself, creating a space for self discovery, self belief and self love. Little Finches yoga provides a place where you feel cared for, taught in a way that is gentle and allows you to explore your body movements and the possibility of bringing calm to your mind, ease to your breath, a moment just for you.

Find the pleasure in yoga in an environment that is non-competitive but rather brings people together to experience each pose and how your body feels in each movement. Create stillness for the mind, be conscious of your breath and reconnect with you.
